1.Introduction

2.Enrollment and Payment andĀ Course Access:

All course materials will be accessible from 15th January 2024 at 8am GMT, including tools like Process Street, Notion, and Kajabi.

3. Registration:
If you paid the reservation fee during our live call, this amount will be credited towards your future upfront payment or instalment plan.

4. Payment Commitment:
Timely payments are crucial. Defaulting on your payments will lead to immediate suspension from the course and subsequent legal actions.

After three missed reminders, our legal team will intervene.

5. Refund Policy:
Due to the vast value provided and the demand for this course, no refunds will be entertained.


6: Course Requirements
Daily Tasks:
- Participants are expected to complete interactive checklists, and social media tasks, and act upon feedback daily.

- Live Session Attendance:
A 48-hour notice for absence is mandatory. The maximum permitted number of no-shows without prior notice is four sessions throughout the course.

- Communication Protocols:
Reach out via Voxer, available from Tuesday to Thursday. I will not be obligated to respond via email.

7. Course Content and Intellectual Property
- Sharing and Usage:
Templates are provided for replication. However, the unauthorised use of business materials is strictly forbidden.

- Rights Reservation:
All course content remains my exclusive property.

8. Redistribution Clause:
Copying, redistributing, or reusing course materials without explicit permission is prohibited.

9. Participants Obligation andĀ Feedback Adherence:
- You must implement all feedback before theĀ 
subsequent feedback session.


- Punctuality: Time is crucial. Be punctual for all live events, providing a 48-hour notice if lateness is anticipated.


10. Communication Conformity:
Adhere to the set communication channels and norms.


11. Confidentiality & Data Protection
Adherence to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is assured. Your data's sanctity is of utmost importance.


12. Limitation of Liability
Any liability concerning the course's results or unforeseen events during participation is limited to an investment in the participant's high ticket offer, capped at Ā£2800 subject to the terms listed in the Guarantee Agreement.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
The laws of Indonesia will guide any legal concerns or interpretations.


14: Dispute Resolution
If disputes arise, a 30-minute mediation session via Zoom with me and my legal representative will be our first approach.


15. Force Majeure
Unpredictabilities like natural calamities, wars, or pandemics can disrupt plans. In such scenarios, participants can suspend their training and rejoin the subsequent cohort with valid proof.


16. Termination
Both parties reserve rights concerning the termination of this agreement. No refunds are provided, but in cases of emergencies such as loss of an immediate family member, natural disasters, or severe health issues, participants can suspend their training and rejoin the subsequent cohort with valid proof.


17. Modifications to Terms of Service
Changes to the ToS can be made without prior notice. Regular reviews by participants are recommended.

18. Signatures
By enrolling in "The Club" course, you are signifying your full acceptance of these terms.

Guarantee Contract for "The Club" Course

Guarantee

Should the Participant diligently complete the 12-week course named "The Club" and yet fail to secure a single new client, Molly pledges to invest in the Participantā€™s high ticket offer.

Terms and Conditions:

Daily Actions:

  • The course mandates daily actions which are recorded using an interactive Checklist tool.
  • The maximum permitted number of no-shows without prior notice is capped at 4 sessions over the duration of the course.
  • Molly will monitor the tool to ensure the Participant opens and completes the checklist.
  • To qualify for this guarantee, the Participant must complete these checklists a minimum of 5 times a week. The checklists have an estimated completion time of one hour daily.
  • Payment:
    • If the Participant has opted for a payment plan, they are bound to make punctual payments as stipulated.
    • Defaulting on a payment will disqualify the Participant from this guarantee.
  • Attendance:
    • The Participant is required to attend all live sessions.
    • If the Participant cannot attend a session, a prior notice of 48 hours must be provided.

  • Communication:
    • The Participant must send a direct update to Molly via the messaging tool, Voxer, at least once per week.
    • A response will be provided within 14 days.
    • Upon approval of the claim, the payment for the Participant's offer and the delivery of their services to Molly will be exclusively up to the Participant and falls outside the purview of this agreement.
  • Liability Cap:
    • The maximum amount Molly is liable to invest in the Participant's high ticket offer under this guarantee is capped at Ā£2800.
  • Punctuality:
    • The Participant is expected to be punctual for all live events.
    • If the Participant is going to be late, a prior notice of 48 hours must be given.
  • Feedback Implementation:
    • Feedback provided by Molly during the feedback sessions should be actively implemented by the Participant before the next scheduled feedback session. Failure to act upon the feedback provided can invalidate the guarantee.
  • Claiming the Guarantee:
    • In the rare event that the Participant does not get one client within 12 weeks and wishes to claim the guarantee, they should reach out to Molly at [email protected].
    • Molly will undertake a review of the Participant's work, attendance records, and checklist completion.

International Terms and Conditions:

  • Governing Law & Jurisdiction:
    • This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
  • Confidentiality & Data Protection:
    • Molly complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
  • Termination of Agreement:
    • No refunds are provided. In cases of emergencies, such as loss of an immediate family member, natural disasters, or severe health issues, participants can suspend their training and rejoin the subsequent cohort. Proof is required.
  • Currency & Payment Methods:
    • Although Molly primarily operates in GBP, payments can be made in any currency.
    • Payment methods include credit cards via the provided payment link or direct bank transfers in USD, AUD, GBP, or EURO for upfront payments. All transfer fees are borne by the Participant.
  • Taxes:
    • Molly does not handle taxes on behalf of the Participant. Participants are responsible for managing and paying all their taxes, tariffs, or duties as applicable in their jurisdiction.
  • Cultural Sensitivity:
    • All cultural celebrations and religious holidays are honoured.
    • Participants can take time off from all tasks, including live events and checklists, provided a 48-hour prior notice is given.
  • Dispute Resolution:
    • In the event of disputes, a mediation session will be held via a 30-minute Zoom call with Molly and her legal representative.
  • Language of the Contract:
    • This contract is written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translated versions, the English version shall prevail.
  • Intellectual Property:
    • Molly retains full ownership of all course materials. Participants are prohibited from copying, redistributing, or reusing any materials unless explicitly permitted in writing by Molly. Breach of this clause may result in legal action.
  • Force Majeure:
    • In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, wars, or pandemics affecting the Participant's capacity to participate, the terms under the "Termination of Agreement" apply, allowing participants to defer and join the next cohort.
