Terms and Conditions

Effective date: 01 January 2021  

Introduction

This Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") is made between you ("Client") and Molly’s Business Consulting Services ("Company", "we", or "us"). By purchasing any of our services, you agree to be legally bound by this Agreement.

Payments

1.1 All payments made to the Company are non-refundable.

1.2 Payment is required prior to the commencement of any services.

1.3: All payment plans are legally binding. Defaulting on Payments will result in legal action. 

Appointment Scheduling and Rescheduling

2.1 Clients must provide at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule an appointment.

2.2 Failure to provide 48 hours' notice will result in the Client being charged for the entire session.

No-Shows

3.1 Clients who fail to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will be charged the full amount for the session.

Confidentiality

4.1 All Client records and information are kept strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties unless required by law.

Intellectual Property

5.1 Any materials provided during the course of service are the intellectual property of the Company and cannot be used, sold, or distributed without the Company’s explicit written consent.

Limitation of Liability

6.1 The Company is not liable for any indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profit or business interruption.

Governing Law

7.1 This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company operates.

Acceptance of Terms

8.1 Payment for any of the Company’s services indicates full acceptance of this Agreement.
